Man charged with 2nd degree murder with extreme indifference

FLORENCE, AZ (11/05/13) – Ramiro Delcid, 20, was arraigned on Friday, November 1, 2013 on one count of Second Degree Murder with extreme indifference.

The probable cause statement alleges Delcid killed his girlfriend, Dina Dicochea, 19 years old, near Red Rock on October 14, 2013.

A Pretrial Conference hearing has been scheduled for November 25, 2013 at 1:30pm before Honorable Judge Bradley Soos.

Delcid is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Pinal County Attorney Lando Voyles stated, “We must hold life sacred and, when an innocent life is suddenly taken, victims’ families and friends deserve answers and justice.”
