Depending upon your residence location, it may be prudent to seek an attorney, parenting coordinator, mediator or other service providers close to your home to assist you in reaching solutions to your unique problems.
In certain family court cases involving the custody of minor children and parenting time, the parties may request, and the court may order, appointment of a Parenting Coordinator to assist with disputes between parents in matters involving minor children. A group of trained, qualified attorneys and behavioral health professionals act as Parenting Coordinators in family law cases and are eligible for appointment by the court.
