Pinal County Planning & Development Department, Subdivision Section gives special attention to tentative plats and final plats for residential, commercial, industrial and condominium developments. Upon completion of all requirements by the applicant, staff presents a report to the Commission (tentative plat) and/or the Board of Supervisors (final plat).
