All required and recommended Childhood Immunizations are free for kids under the age of 18 and available on a walk-in basis at our Clinic Locations during regular hours.
For birth certificates or death certificates, please call Vital Records via our toll free directory at 1-800-231-8499.
To report a public health emergency or 24-hour reportable disease:
During normal business hours ask for the Public Health Duty Officer at: 520-866-7325 (main number) or 520-866-2929 (fax). If after business hours, call 520-866-6239 and ask for the Public Health Duty Officer.
