Administrative Towing Fee payable to Pinal County Sheriff’s Office As of May 1, 2009, the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office began the collection of an administrative fee of $150.

This Administrative Towing Fee is set by statute and will apply to every vehicle impounded under the 30 day Tow Impound law (A.R.S. 28-3511). The fee may only be paid in cash in the exact amount of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) at the time of the hearing. No other form of payment will be accepted and the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office will not make change.

• Owners and lien holders desiring to have their vehicles released prior to the 30th day must request and have scheduled, a Post Storage Hearing first.
• The Administrative Towing Fee must be paid at the time of the scheduled hearing.
• After the 30th day of impound a hearing is not required. However, the Administrative Towing Fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) is required, and the Vehicle Release must still be obtained from the Sheriff’s Office allowing for the release of the vehicle.
