The intent of these guidelines are to improve the control of excessive fugitive dust emissions that have been traditionally associated with construction, earthwork and land development, and thereby minimize nuisance impacts.
Affected Parties:
This rule applies to the landowner, and to any contractor or subcontractor operating on job sites within Pinal County.
Activities that would be effected by these guidelines are:
- Land stripping
- Earthmoving
- Blasting
- Trenching
- Road construction
- Grading
- Landscaping
- Stockpiling
- Excavated materials
- Storing excavated materials
- Loading excavated materials
- All other land development activities that would result in a disturbed surface area of 0.1 acre or greater.
