This page provides copies of a portion of the Synthetic Minor permits administered by the Pinal County Air Quality Control District. A Synthetic Minor permit imposes federally enforceable limits to restrict a facility's potential emissions to below major source thresholds. This option makes it possible for those facilities that can comply with the synthetic minor permit's federally enforceable limts to operate without the need for a Title V permit.

These permits contain conditions that establish limits on the types and amounts of air pollution allowed, operating requirements for pollution control devices or pollution prevention activities, and monitoring and record keeping requirements.
