Mailing of Parcel Maps

We will mail hard copy parcel maps only after receiving a written request and payment in full. The $3.00 per map fee covers mailing via US mail. Maps may be folded to accommodate envelope sizes available to Assessor staff.

Checks are to be made payable to Pinal County. The request should include sufficient information to fill the request (parcel # and/or legal description) and a phone number and contact in case additional information is needed.

In Office Request

Any of our parcel maps can be purchased for $3.00 per map at our Florence office. In an effort to give the most updated information CD’s are created as needed, and takes approximately 30 minutes to create the CD.

Faxing of Parcel Maps

Our office will not fax parcel maps. We attempt to be fair to all taxpayers and organizations most of which either pay for this service at the counter, by mail, or through on line services.

Parcel Maps on CD

Scanned tiff images (.tif G4 format) of our maps are available on CD

There is a $150 fee per CD for this service.  Send $150 by check or money order and a written request for each request.  Overnight service is not available with this method.
Note: The CD contains maps only. Ownership data is not available on this CD

The Pinal County Assessors Office reserves the right to change fees and requirements at any time. All CD’s are tested before sending, the Assessors Office is not responsible if your system is not able to view or print the items on this CD. Maps may be omitted from the CD because of work in process. There is no guarantee that a CD will contain every map. Map scales can change when maps are reproduced, therefore we do not guarantee scales on any reproduced map.
