 Department Description

The Assistant County Manager actively supports the goals of the Board of Supervisors by researching innovative financial opportunities, allocating those resources appropriately through the budgetary process, thus enabling county departments to respond and fulfill the various needs of county residents. The Administrative Services Department provides management leadership and direction over the following Departments and functions: (1) Budget, (2) Environmental Health (3) Finance, (4) Housing, (5) Human Resources, (6) Information Technology and Telecommunications, (7) Library District, (8) Public Defender, (9) Public Fiduciary, (10) Public Health

 Mission Statement

Provide executive level support to the Board of Supervisors, County Manager and other Elected and appointed officials. Provide executive leadership and direction to the following departments: Budget, Correctional Health, Finance, Housing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Library District, Public Health, Public Fiduciary, and Public Defender in providing services to the residents of Pinal County.
