After consulting with each Supervisor this is the best arrangement we have been able to come up with to accommodate the Board of Supervisors schedules. Please call (520) 866-6220 with any questions or Special Accomodation requests.

Meetings:
 Regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors meetings are held on selected Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m.
 
Place:
 Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, Administrative Complex, 135 North Pinal St., Florence.
 
Requests:
 To request that an item be placed on the agenda for a presentation or for Board action you must submit the request in writing to:

Deadlines:
 Board of Supervisors agenda items are due in the Clerk of the Board's Office on Friday, 5:00 p.m. (no exception) Twelve (12) Days prior to Meeting.
 
Call to Public: 
 Consideration and discussion of comments from the public. Those wishing to address the Pinal County Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
