| ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS BOARD | Authority: A.R.S. §11-816 and Chapter 2.155 of the Zoning Ordinance
Membership: Five Member Board. The Board shall be composed of no less than three and no more than five members, each of whom shall be a resident and taxpayer of the unincorporated area of the county. At least one member of the board shall be selected from each supervisory district.
Term of Office: Four Years.
Powers: The jurisdiction of the Board of Adjustment shall be throughout the unincorporated portions of Pinal County. The authority of said Board, shall extend only to the interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance, and to the granting of variances.

| AGRICULTURE EXTENSION BOARD | Authority: A.R.S. §3-124
Membership: Seven Member Board. Seven public members, four of whom have as their principal business the production of agricultural commodities. The other three members must be representative of organizations or persons who use the County Agricultural Extension Services.
Term of Office: Two Years.
Powers: Provides input and sets priorities for educational programs and strategic directions for the faculty and staff of the County Cooperative Extension. Also approve the annual budget for the Extension and advocate for Cooperative Extension in their communities.
