The Board of Supervisors of Pinal County, Arizona (the "County"), will hold a public hearing regarding a loan (the "GADA Loan") from the Greater Arizona Development Authority to the County, to be secured by a pledge of revenues from the County's 0.50% Local County sales tax, and the County's share of certain state shared sales taxes to finance:

• Expansion of offices in Apache Junction, Arizona and the County Housing Division office
• Renovation of court facilities in Eloy, Arizona and Maricopa, Arizona
• Build-out of Superior Court
• Upgrades to the Sheriff/Adult Detention/Court security systems
• Renovations and relocation of IT/MIS
• Construction and improvement of a water storage capacity and filtration system at the Justice Complex
• Expansion of and improvement along Hunt Highway

The GADA Loan is estimated to be in the principal amount of not to exceed $47,000,000.00 and, with total estimated interest of $27,884,650.00 to have a total financing cost of not to exceed $75,000,000.00

The hearing will be held at 9:30 a.m., Mountain Standard Time on November 12, 2008 at the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room located at 31 N. Pinal Street, Building A in Florence, Arizona 85232.

The Pinal County Board of Supervisors will receive oral comments at the hearing and will receive written comments at any time before adopting the resolution of intention with respect to the GADA Loan that will be considered no earlier than December 10, 2008.
