The mission of the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court is to maintain the public trust and confidence as the official record-keeper and fiduciary of the Court. The Office will exercise stewardship of public monies, integrate innovative technology, and ensure integrity of Jury Service.

Probate and Guardianship Matters
Effective September 1, 2012 any person who is neither a licensed fiduciary under A.R.S. ยง 14-5651 nor a financial institution shall complete a training program approved by the supreme court before letters to serve as a guardian, conservator, or personal representative.
