Adult coloring is all the rage right now! Did you know that when you are coloring, you are being mindful? Mindfulness is proven to reduce stress and anxiety. Also, it’s fun!

 

We supply coloring sheets and colored pencils. Feel free to bring your own, as well. Whether you’re a beginner or you have been coloring for years, you’re welcome to join us! Color, mingle, and enjoy a snack.
