Help your children nurture creativity and problem-solving skills by learning to code. The Coolidge Public Library is pleased to introduce two computer coding programs: Sugar Code It and Sugar Code It Jr.
During Sugar Code It kids aged 7-18 can learn how to create games and websites while exploring computer programming and coding. Sugar Code It will meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month. The first meeting is September 5 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
Kids ages 5-6 can join Sugar Code It Jr. the 4th Monday of the month. During this program, children and parents will work together to learn coding fundamentals. Parents must be present. The first meeting is September 25 at 4:00 p.m.
No experience is required and all materials are provided. Kids may bring their own laptops as well.
