On Wednesday, December 5, Dr. Jennifer Richter will present her AZ Humanities FRANK Talk, Water in the Southwest: Where Have We Been, and Where are We Going? Dr. Richter will discuss issues related to water in a region that is defined by its very lack of water, and will encourage discussion among participants about the future of water in our society.
