Description

The Friends of the Library will be holding their annual book sale on the first weekend of November. If you are interested in volunteering, please stop by the library and pick up a volunteer application. Library staff could use assistance in moving boxes of books and tables. The ability to pick up boxes in excess of 40 pounds is helpful. The sale is scheduled to take place Friday, November 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, November 3 from 8 a.m. to noon. Thousands of books will be on display, as well as audio books and movies. As always, books can be purchased individually or you can fill one of the grocery bags provided for just $3. All funds help the library throughout the year with various purchases, such as book displays, carpet and furniture.
