The Corporate Review Team (CRT) is comprised of elected and executive County leadership that provides prioritization, insight and direction to departments through the review of department Strategic Business Plans (SBPs). This review provides oversight and guidance to ensure that department SBP’s are in alignment with the Countywide Strategic Priorities. The CRT meets monthly and also provides leadership and direction in areas such as:

• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual performance result assessments
• Review, prioritize and monitor Cross Cutting Issues
• Employee Appraisal Implementation
