The Corporate Review Team (CRT) is a sub-committee of the ESC and is comprised of elected and executive County leadership that provides prioritization, insight and direction to departments regarding their department Strategic Business Plans (SBPs). This review provides oversight and guidance to ensure that department SBP’s are in alignment with the Countywide Strategic Priorities. The CRT meets monthly and also provides leadership and direction in areas such as: monthly, quarterly and annual performance result assessments; and the review, prioritization and monitoring of Cross Cutting Issues
