Managing for Results begins with the establishment of County Strategic Priorities and then setting goals, establishing measurements and tracking the results. The process began in 2007 with a renewed focus on serving the citizens of Pinal County effectively and efficiently.  County leaders recognized the challenges of the future and established Strategic Priorities to address them and lay the foundation of direction and focus for departments.  Please find below the priorities by associated fiscal year:
