For general information, or to schedule appointments for Woman, Infants and Children (WIC), Well Woman HealthCheck, or Family Planning, please call the Central Appointment Desk toll free at 1-866-960-0633, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm.
 
All required and recommended Childhood Immunizations are free for kids under the age of 18 and available on a walk-in basis during regular hours.
