Family Planning (Title X) services assist women and men, including teenagers, in maintaining their reproductive health. Services are offered to clients who do not have insurance or whose insurance does not cover Family Planning. Services are confidential and fees are based on family income and the number of individuals living in the household. No one is refused service because of an inability to pay.

• Breast and cervical cancer screenings
• Contraceptive counseling, supplies/methods
• Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases
• HIV testing, counseling and referral
• Pregnancy testing
• Emergency contraception
• Condom supplies

The Family Planning Program is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services through the Arizona Family Health Partnership.
