Pinal County Division of Public Health offers immunizations for employers and employees throughout the county. There are several clinic sites throughout the County ready to serve you. Available immunizations include Hepatitis B, Tetanus, TB Skin Tests and other required immunizations. Charges for these services are cost based, and set in accordance with State Law. When the prices change, they will be posted on this website.

To take advantage of our services, a simple Letter of Agreement needs to be completed on your company or department letterhead. On this website, you will find a sample of the Letter of Agreement for you to download. After the letter is received, all you need to do is call the nearest clinic and schedule an appointment to send your employee for immunizations. An Authorization For Payment Form, which is also available on this website, is required to be completed and sent with the employee for every visit.
