Introduction
The Pinal County Transportation Advisory Committee (“TAC”) is a recommending body to the Pinal County Board of Supervisors (“BOS”) on planning, construction, and maintenance of transportation projects within Pinal County’s jurisdictional boundaries. The TAC consists of nine qualified electors of Pinal County, three members from each of Pinal County’s supervisory districts, who are appointed by the BOS to serve a four-year term. The TAC annually reviews, updates, and recommends a five-year Transportation Improvement and Maintenance Program (“TIMP”) to the BOS.
