Dear Paul,
Our Safety Fair in SaddleBrooke this past Saturday was a great success! Our community here enjoys the great protection your department provides and the highest in cooperation for events such as our first and historic Safety Fair. In a week or so, our committee will meet to determine if this should be an annual event and potentially expand it to include communities on our boundary, Oracle Junction, Catalina and Eagle Crest.
Years ago, our developer initiated a two Home Owner Association system and finished the build of HOA#1 first so they remain several years ahead of us in organization and self government. Projects like our Safety Fair help to unite the two major groups in a common effort. As we stated during the luncheon, the criminal elements will not care whether they are in HOA #1 or #2. If the targets of opportunity are rich, they will victimize any of us unless we bond together.
We enjoy the wonderful relationship with you personally and with Lt. Tamatha Villar and Sgt. Stormee Wallace as well. They are always helpful, thorough and Professional. Please let them know they both went the extra mile in our behalf and are sincerely appreciated! But most of all, we commend you! Your immediate control and leadership of the department and extraordinary commitment of your time and energy toward us in SaddleBrooke is noteworthy! Clearly, your department made our Safety Fair a success.
I also enjoyed your remarks to our S.T.P.O. last evening and see clearly what you must accomplish with the situation you found in taking this new office. Fortunately, you are finding the best people to work with and trust and we wish you every success.
Your message and greeting at our luncheon was also well received and appreciated. The commitment of so many of our deputies, equipment and then their highly professional conduct through the day and luncheon was noticed by so many who complimented them to us on the committee.
You have our loyal support and we would be delighted to help you in any way we can. You only have to call.
Sincerely,
Philip A. Goehring
Chairman, HOA#2 Safety Committee
