Dear Sgt. Wallace,

A simple thank you does not convey my appreciation (or the ECR citizens) for your awesome support tonight. Your dedication and knowledge were demonstrated to our community tonight and that gives us incredible pride in PCSO and you. Also, as you noticed, Lt.Higgins and his message were well received. I will volunteer to join his posse and contribute where I can. We ECR citizens need to contribute to our safety well beyond just paying taxes. If we don't get involved ..... I can't imagine.

We had 43 residents attend. Prior to the meeting, three (3) residents had signed up for block captain. At the conclusion of the meeting, eleven (11) residents committed to become block captains! Wow!!!! Your briefing was spot on. Your answers to questions were spot on. Lt. Higgins was spot on.

We intend to work side by side with you and PCSO. Now we all know why Jack Hacking respects and admires you and your team so much.
