The Patrol Bureau is responsible for the orderly, smooth and efficient operation of the two regions and all field and patrol law enforcement functions in Pinal County.

Capitan Jeffery Karns is tasked with leading the Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division.  Captain Karns was promoted to the Rank of Captain in 2002.

The experience and professionalism Captain Karns possesses as well as his knowledge of and involvement in the Pinal County Community has provided the Sheriff’s Office with a valuable resource.
