Public Notice: Environmental Health Code

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-183.02, A.R.S. § 11-251(17) and (31) and A.R.S. § 11-251.05 Pinal County will conduct a public hearing to consider a resolution to repeal the existing Pinal County Sanitary Code with the exception of the fee schedule and adopt in its place the Pinal County Environmental Health Code (PCEHC). The proposed PCEHC contains chapters regulating: ‘General Provisions’, ‘Food Code’, ‘Aquatic Health Code’, ‘Manufactured Home and RV Parks’, ‘Schools’, ‘Camps and Campgrounds’, ‘Hotels and Motels’, ‘Rodents, Insects and Vermin’, ‘Animals’, ‘Garbage Rubbish and Refuse’, and ‘On-Site Wastewater Treatment Facilities’. The hearing will be held in conjunction with the normal Pinal County Board of Supervisors meeting at 9:30 am on January 28, 2015, at the Pinal County Board of Supervisors Hearing Room at the Pinal County Administrative Complex , 135 N. Pinal Street, Florence, AZ. Copies of the proposed resolution and the PCEHC are available in the County Supervisor District Offices, all Justice Courts, the Office of the Clerk of the Board, and the Pinal County Public Health Services District office at 971 N.
