Environmental Health Code

The Pinal County Environmental Health Code (PCEHC) contains chapters regulating: ‘General Provisions’, ‘Food Code’, ‘Aquatic Health Code’, ‘Manufactured Home and RV Parks’, ‘Schools’, ‘Camps and Campgrounds’, ‘Hotels and Motels’, ‘Rodents, Insects and Vermin’, ‘Animals’, ‘Garbage, Rubbish and Refuse’, and ‘On-Site Wastewater Treatment Facilities.'
