Kings Ranch Road Utility Work
Development related utility work will take place on Kings Ranch Road beginning September 18th.  Work will take place between Alhambra Way and Desert Dawn Drive.  Project is scheduled to take approximately one month to complete.  Work will include a minor detour and possible lane closures.  Please use caution while driving through work zone and expect some possible delays.
Portion of Valentine Road Closed
Valentine Road construction is estimated to begin mid-September and possibly last through the end of October.  The work being done will not affect entrances to Valentine Road off Highway 77.  Location of closure is north of Rapid Way.  Area can be found on map listed below.

Various Utility Work To Begin For Hunt Highway Phase 4 Widening
Several utilities will begin work on relocating facilities for the widening of Hunt Highway Phase 4 between Bella Vista Road and Magma Road.  Work is slated to begin on September 5th and may last until the end of December.  Please use caution while driving through the work zone and expect minor delays.

Combs Road
Eastbound and westbound lane closures between Meridian Road and Warrior Way for pavement striping work.  December 7th - 30th: 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

 ‭(Hidden)‬ Information from Town of Queen Creek

Riggs Road to be Completed by Town of Queen Creek and Maricopa County Department of Transportation
The Town of Queen Creek is working in partnership with MCDOT to complete Riggs Road from Ellsworth Road to Meridian Road.  The new, two-lane roadway will serve as a major access point for the south east portion of Town, and will help improve transportation throughout Queen Creek.
