Intersection Traffic Signal Work for Battaglia Road and Sunland Gin Road
There will be signal work at the intersection of Battaglia Road and Sunland Gin Road on October 17th and 18th.  The traffic signal will be out of commission during the day and will act as a four way stop controlled by sheriff deputies.  The signal will be operational after daytime working hours.  Slow moving traffic may occur during work hours, expect delays.  Please use caution while driving through work zones and be mindful of all traffic signage, workers and deputies.
Battaglia Drive and Sunland Gin Road Intersection Work
Work will start August 20th at the intersection of Battaglia Drive and Sunland Gin Road for pavement widening. The project will include a right turn lane in the southbound direction, a concrete box culvert extension at the southeast corner of the intersection, repaving and other related work. Work anticipates to last through November. Existing traffic signal should remain operational and no lane restrictions throughout the duration of the project barring unforeseen circumstances. Posted speed limit will be reduced to 35 mph & 25 mph in advance of the work zone area. Please drive with caution through work zone.

Combs Road
Eastbound and westbound lane closures between Meridian Road and Warrior Way for pavement striping work.  December 7th - 30th: 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

 ‭(Hidden)‬ Information from Town of Queen Creek

Riggs Road to be Completed by Town of Queen Creek and Maricopa County Department of Transportation
The Town of Queen Creek is working in partnership with MCDOT to complete Riggs Road from Ellsworth Road to Meridian Road.  The new, two-lane roadway will serve as a major access point for the south east portion of Town, and will help improve transportation throughout Queen Creek.
