All Public Requests, including police reports:
Beginning October 15, 2014 - In an effort to better assist members of the public and media regarding official public records available by law, PCSO is now using a service offered by Govhelper at the following link: pinalcosoaz.foiaview.com
Requests received via email and by fax will be entered into FOIAView for processing. All requests are subject to a convenience fee imposed by FOIAView.
If you have any questions, please contact our Records supervisor, Andrea Kipp at email@example.com
You may still visit a substation or the Sheriff's Office in person to obtain a copy of a report. PCSO hopes by adding this link, the community will be able to request reports from home, creating more convenience.
For over the counter transactions, we accept money orders and cashier checks. There is also an option to pay with a credit card using https://client.pointandpay.net/web/PinalCountySheriffAZ (limited fee of $2.00). We do not accept cash.
Any citizen may request to view public records in person at no cost. Please contact our Records Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or 520-866-5193 to schedule an appointment. This will ensure that the records will be prepared for viewing.
The Pinal County Sheriff’s Officer has partnered with DocView, LLC to provide our collision reports online. You must have the case number or the date of collision and a valid credit card to access your report for download at www.docview.us.com. Fees for online reports are $5.00 per report plus a convenience fee imposed by DocView.
*Traffic accident reports resulting in fatal or serious injuries will not be available online. Accident reports relating to a criminal offense such as a DUI will not be available online. These reports must be requested through FOIAView: pinalcosoaz.foiaview.com
Victims of a criminal offense receive one (1) free copy of report (this includes video/audio/photos), in which they are listed as the victim. Please contact email@example.com to request copy.
