ATTENTION MANUFACTURED HOME OWNERS THE MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION NO LONGER NOTIFIES THE ASSESSOR OF TITLE TRANSFERS (OWNERSHIP CHANGES) ON MANUFACTURED HOMES. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NEW OWNER AND PRIOR OWNER TO NOTIFY THE ASSESSOR OF THE CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP ONCE THE TITLE HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED.
