Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pinal County Board of Supervisors and/or Board of Directors will hold meetings at the Pinal County Administrative Complex, Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, located at 135 North Pinal Street, Florence, AZ 85132 as follows:

The Board may go into Executive Session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the County's Attorney(s) on any of the meeting agenda items pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3).

Board of Supervisors and/or Board of Directors meetings are subject to change without notice.

MEETINGS:
The Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors Regular Session Meetings, Special Session Meetings, and Work Session Meetings are normally held on selected Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. unless otherwise stated.

MEETING LOCATION:
Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 1891 Historic Courthouse, Administrative Complex, 135 North Pinal Street, Florence, Arizona 85132

AGENDAS AVAILABILITY:
Agendas are normally available the Friday prior to each of the above-scheduled meetings

CALL TO PUBLIC:
Consideration and discussion of comments from the public. Anyone wishing to address the Board may attend any of the upcoming Regular Board meetings and address the Board during the “Call to Public” at 9:30 a.m. As a reminder, you will have three (3) minutes during the “Call to Public” portion of the meeting which is reserved exclusively for comments from the public and not for an immediate reply from the Board. However, during the “Call to Public” the Board may direct staff to study the matter for further consideration and decision at a later meeting.

AMERICAN WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) ACCOMMODATIONS:
In accordance with the requirement of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Pinal County Board of Supervisors and Pinal County Board of Directors do not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities admission to public meetings. If you need accommodation for a meeting, please contact the Clerk of the Board Office at (520) 866-6068, at least (3) three business days prior to the meeting (not including weekends or holidays) so that your request may be accommodated.

DEADLINES:
Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors agenda items are due in the Clerk of the Board Office on Friday, 5:00 p.m. (no exception) Twelve (12) Days prior to the Meeting.
