Title:Public Safety Personnel Retirement System
Authority:A.R.S. Section 38-893
Membership:Five Member Board: Stephen Q. Miller (Chairman), Ross Teeple, Phillip LeBlanc, Jimmie Kerr, Robert Huddleston
Term:Two (2) or Four (4) Years
The Board is responsible for deciding all questions of eligibility and service credits, and determining the amount, manner and time of payment of any benefits under the system. The Board shall prescribe procedures to be followed by claimants in filing applications for benefits, and will make determinations as to the right of any claimant to a benefit.
Oversight for Administration of the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System.
