Under the authority of Arizona Revised Statute (ARS) 11-593, The Office of the Medical Examiner provides death investigation and post-mortem examination services for deaths that occur within the geographical boundaries of Pinal County and are considered to be sudden, violent, suspicious, unexplained, or unattended. 

Copies of examination reports are available by mail to the public following final completion of all reports that have been prepared for a particular case. To request copies, complete and return the Request Form along with your payment. The "time frame" for the completion of reports may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.. MORE...
