County to Resume Issuance of Open Burning Permits November 2, 2020

FLORENCE, AZ – Starting November 2, Pinal County Air Quality will resume issuing open burning permits throughout the County.

Open burning permits allow for the disposal of plant material originating on the permittees property during limited daytime hours.

County One-Stop permit offices in Apache Junction and Casa Grande remain closed, therefore, the Department recommends use of the on-line permit system to apply for a permit. In-person appointments will be available for customers to obtain a permit in at the Florence office Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM. An appointment can be reserved by calling (520) 866-6442.
