Road Work - Dudleyville Rd
Culvert installation will cause a closure on Dudleyville Rd immediately south of the Volunteer Fire District building starting May 18th. Work plans to last until the beginning of June and local traffic may use highway 77 as an alternate route to access properties on either side of closure. Please drive with caution and plan for extra travel time.
 
Utility Work - Pecan Creek Drive
Ongoing sewer line work by the Town of Queen Creek on June 1st lasting approximately 2 weeks will cause Pecan Creek Drive to close at the intersection of Combs Rd with no traffic access from Combs Rd to Pecan Creek Drive. All traffic leaving the subdivision will need to exit onto Gantzel Rd. Please drive with caution and plan for extra travel time.
 
Road Work - Schnepf Rd
Adding North & South bound right turn lanes on Schnepf Road between Castlegate Blvd and Queen Creek wash will begin on June 1st. Work plans to last thru June 19th and will cause reduced speed limits and travel lanes with a flagging operation. Please drive with caution and plan for extra travel time.
 
Pavement Work - Hunt Hwy
Pavement preservation work will start June 15th on Hunt Hwy from Gary Rd to Mountain Vista Blvd.  Work is expected to last thru June 19th with intermittent lane restrictions and will be open to local traffic.  Please drive with caution and plan for extra travel time.
 
Pavement Work - Gary Rd
Pavement preservation work will take place on June 3rd on Gary Rd from Hunt Hwy to Butte Creek Blvd and will continue to the end of Butte Creek Blvd.  Work will include intermittent lane closures, open to local traffic, and plans to last through the following day.  Please drive with caution and plan for extra travel time.
 
Pavement Work - Vah Ki Inn Rd
Pavement preservation work starting May 26th on Vah Ki Inn Rd from Valley Farms Rd to Clemans Rd and may continue west towards Attaway Rd. Work is expected to last thru the end of May with intermittent lane restrictions and will be open to local traffic. Please drive with caution and plan for extra travel time.
 
Pavement Work - Attaway Rd
There will be pavement work on Attaway Rd from Palmer Rd south to the City Limits of Coolidge starting May 29th thru May 31st. Work may include intermittent lane restrictions and will be open to local traffic. Please drive with caution and plan for extra travel time.
 
Road Work - Hunt Hwy
Adding turn lane on Hunt Hwy at the Pinal County San Tan Complex and San Tan Maintenance facility location will begin May 13th. Work plans to last through the end of May and will cause reduced speed limits and travel lanes. Please drive with caution and plan for extra travel time.
 
Road Work - Attaway Rd
Continued pavement work will begin May 29th and will end on June 1st.  Last day will include stripping on Attaway Rd from Palmer Rd south to the City Limits of Coolidge. Work will take place early morning through the late afternoon and include a pilot car due to lane restrictions. Please drive with caution and plan for possible delays.

Combs Road
Eastbound and westbound lane closures between Meridian Road and Warrior Way for pavement striping work.  December 7th - 30th: 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

 ‭(Hidden)‬ Information from Town of Queen Creek


Riggs Road to be Completed by Town of Queen Creek and Maricopa County Department of Transportation
The Town of Queen Creek is working in partnership with MCDOT to complete Riggs Road from Ellsworth Road to Meridian Road.  The new, two-lane roadway will serve as a major access point for the south east portion of Town, and will help improve transportation throughout Queen Creek.
