Board of Supervisors Meeting Schedule
After consulting with each Supervisor this is the best arrangement we have been able to come up with to accommodate the Board of Supervisors schedules. Please call (520) 866-6068 with any questions or Special Accommodation requests.

Regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors meetings are held on selected Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. Please see quarterly schedule under the 'Hot Topics' section of the Home Page.

Board of Supervisors agenda items are due in the Clerk of the Board's Office on Friday, 5:00 p.m. (no exception) Twelve (12) Days prior to Meeting.

Call to Public
Consideration and discussion of comments from the public. Those wishing to address the Pinal County Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.

How Do I Address Concerns to the Board?
The best way to address your concerns to the board is by either addressing the board during the Call to Public time offered at the beginning of Supervisor meetings or contacting your district's Supervisor.
