As COVID-19 continues to impact multiple industries and create record-high unemployment level throughout the Nation, this page has been established to create a resource library for Pinal County businesses and citizens who experience economic hardship during this very challenging time.



 The Business Sustainability Program is a one-time reimbursement of up to $15,000 to qualifying businesses for rent, mortgage and/or utilities expenses for a three-month period. Qualifying expense periods are either March-April-May 2020 or April-May-June 2020. Applications will be accepted from June 15 - July 15, 2020. Funding will be awarded on a first come first served basis to qualifying small businesses in unincorporated areas of Pinal County, so applicants are encouraged to apply early.

ARIZONA@WORK PINAL COUNTY is a network of service providers focused on assisting individuals seeking employment and training assistance and businesses seeking services to address their labor force needs. All services are at no cost.

  • Education and Training Opportunities
  • Resume and Interview Preparation
  • Career Coaching
  • Reemployment Assistance

Business customers can submit questions to EmployerResources@ResCare.com. Information will be available on how to connect to local, state and federal COVID-19 related resources. Staff is also available to assist those businesses seeking to hire employees by customizing a plan to link them to qualified candidates. You may also call 1-800-409-6153 to speak to a business service representative.
