The COVID (J & J) Janssen Vaccine is in limited supply and Pinal County was only allocated 3,500 doses. The current shipment of Janssen vaccine will be used for those who are essential workers with mandatory travel and those who are medically fragile. We do not know how much more Janssen Pinal will receive nor when. The County has also received a shipment of Moderna vaccine and all community partners will continue to vaccinate first and second doses of Moderna. Thank you for your patience.

The COVID-19 Epi Curve illustrates meaningful data on the progression of an illness in an outbreak over time. The graph includes cases reported up to the previous completed week because, with outbreaks, there is a delay between illness detection, reporting, and confirmation of cases. The chart below displays confirmed COVID Cases from the Community and Correctional. The Epi Curve will be updated on the public health COVID website every Wednesday.

NOTE: Epi weeks are set forth by the CDC, and go from Sunday to Saturday.

Week 8 went from 02/21/2021 to 02/27/2021
